- We may refuse, suspend, or terminate accounts at our discretion, including for policy or legal compliance.
4. Permitted Use & Prohibited Conduct
When using the Service, you agree that you will not:
- Post unlawful, misleading, fraudulent, or infringing content.
- Scrape, harvest, or use automated means without our prior written consent.
- Upload malware, attempt to reverse engineer, or interfere with security or access controls.
- Misrepresent your identity, credentials, or affiliations.

5. Listings & User Content
- You retain ownership of your User Content. By submitting it, you grant DalaliConnect a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, distribute, and otherwise use the content for operating and promoting the Service. This license ends when you remove your content, except to the extent reasonably necessary to maintain backups, comply with law, or resolve disputes.
- You represent that you have the rights to post the content and that it is accurate, lawful, and not misleading. You are responsible for obtaining necessary permissions and consents, including from property owners and photographers.
- We may, but are not obligated to, monitor, edit, remove, or restrict content that violates these Terms or applicable law.
6. Agent/Partner Terms
- Agents must comply with applicable licensing, disclosure, and advertising rules in their jurisdictions. We may request proof of licensing or identity and may suspend or label accounts that fail verification.
- Ratings, badges, or "verification" on the Service indicate that basic checks were performed; they are not endorsements or guarantees of quality, performance, or outcomes.
- Agents agree not to solicit users in ways that violate spam, consumer-protection, or data-privacy laws.
7. Fees, Payments & Renewals
- Some features are paid (e.g., premium listings, subscriptions, advertising placements). Prices, taxes, and billing terms will be shown prior to purchase and may change with notice.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled in accordance with the instructions in your account or app store settings before the renewal date. Partial periods are generally not refundable unless required by law or our posted refund policy.
- We may suspend or remove features for unpaid or disputed charges. You authorize us and our payment processors to charge your selected payment method for due amounts.
8. Third-Party Services (Maps, Ads, Payments, Analytics)
The Service integrates third-party tools such as map providers, ad networks, analytics, chat, media hosting, and payment processors. Your use of such tools may be subject to third-party terms and privacy policies. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party services.

- No brokerage or agency: DalaliConnect is a technology platform. Unless explicitly stated, we are not a real estate broker, agent, or fiduciary and do not represent buyers, sellers, landlords, or tenants.
- No guarantees: We do not guarantee the accuracy of listings, availability, pricing, zoning, permits, or suitability. Users should conduct independent inspections, verifications, and due diligence and obtain professional advice before any transaction.
- Direct dealings: Any agreements or transactions are solely between the parties involved. We are not a party to such agreements and have no responsibility arising from them.

11. Intellectual Property

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DALALICONNECT AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID TO US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO LIABILITY OR (B) USD $100, UNLESS A DIFFERENT AMOUNT IS REQUIRED BY LAW.
